Business Management Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Management Systems Manager at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL). This is a key role within our Quality and Health and Safety Teams, reporting directly to the Head of Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage an integrated health, safety, and quality management system aligned to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements, with potential expansion to other management system standards.
- Lead the creation and delivery of Health, Safety, and Quality standards, processes, and supporting documentation that align with the MBNL Assurance Model and Standard.
- Establish an effective risk-based internal audit and assurance program, ensuring suitably competent auditors are in place across the organization.
- Support the implementation of an effective supplier audit program.
- Develop and maintain a non-conformance process to ensure issues identified are managed and tracked to verifiable closure.
- Develop and maintain a 'Management Review' activity to provide reporting and feedback to MBNL and Shareholder leadership regarding the effectiveness and operation of the management system.
- Set out a Quality Maturity Model implementation plan with a view to implementation and management.
- Ensure a process is in place for consistent quality reporting established throughout MBNL and its contractors in accordance with those metrics and KPIs required by MBNL.
- Act as the primary point of contact with external bodies responsible for management system certification.
- Extensive knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality, health, safety, and environmental systems.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and other relevant standards.
- Trained and experienced Lead Auditor.
- Understanding of the control of subcontractor operations.
- Ability to address behaviors that conflict with our values and health, safety, and wellbeing safety commitments.
- Telcom experience.
- HSEQ higher-level qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Knowledge of other management system standards, such as ISO 27001, ISO 55001, and ISO 22301.
