We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our Operational Finance Team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing financial and management reporting for our Operations, comprising Production, Recycling, and Supply Chain functions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic business partner to our Site Leadership Team, providing financial insights and guidance to inform business decisions.
- Conduct financial appraisals and cost tracking of strategic initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Perform variance analysis for P&L line items, including raw materials, manufacturing costs, and overheads, to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards (KPIs) and commentary for internal and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Track and analyze Continuous Improvement initiatives, CAPEX reporting, and monthly forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Strong academic qualifications, preferably CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of financial analysis and reporting.
- SAP system experience, particularly in production and financial modules, is highly desirable.
- Full UK driver's license is required.
