Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst will provide critical support to the FP&A Manager EMEA in formulating the financial aspects of annual planning, forecasting, and strategic business decisions. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present financial reports to the FP&A Manager EMEA, including actual results and variance analysis.
- Participate in the budget and forecast process at the regional level and submit to the Global Rail Division.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cost center managers, to provide financial guidance and support.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed, including special projects.
- Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree with a focus on finance and controlling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and disciplined in approach.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
