Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Think Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, taking projects from the pre-construction team, formulating a programme, liaising with the client, and delivering the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend project tender interviews to ensure the company's strengths and limitations are effectively communicated.
  2. Review and comment on Contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Produce project protocol documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  4. Arrange and chair internal project kick-off meetings to ensure all aspects of the business are briefed on the project details.
  5. Develop and implement a Construction Phase Plan to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Arrange and chair subcontractor and client meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Review and approval of all drawings to ensure accuracy before issuing to the client team.
  8. Assess and negotiate subcontractor packages to ensure the best possible commercial and programme packages are achieved.
  9. Develop and manage project programmes from tender programme to fully functioning project programme.
  10. Identify and maximise cost changes throughout the contract to ensure the company's financial interests are protected.
  11. Lead a project team throughout the course of the contract to ensure effective project delivery.
  12. Sourcing of a Site Management team for relevant projects to ensure effective site management.
  13. Sourcing of a site team for relevant projects to ensure effective project delivery.
  14. Regular site visits to assess progress and liaise closely with the site team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  15. Production of O&M manuals to ensure effective handover of projects to clients.
