As a key member of the radar development group, you will be instrumental in researching and developing next-generation radar technologies for high-volume production utilizing advanced CMOS technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF/millimeter-wave chips.
  • Participate in all phases of chip development, from initial design to mass production.
Qualifications:
  • Possess 10+ years of experience in the field of RF IC Design.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of analog and RF design principles.
  • Have practical experience designing RF chips using deep submicron processes.
  • Be familiar with CMOS process technology.
  • Exhibit expertise in RF chip testing procedures.
  • Proficiency in utilizing VerilogA/AMS for behavioral models.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
