About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Manager to join our team at Red Bull Racing. As a key member of our Fan Engagement Team, you will be responsible for establishing and upholding a top-tier web experience for our fans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the website strategy for Red Bull Racing, collaborating closely with the Content Team to ensure the website is consistently current and offers an outstanding fan experience for all users.

  • Analyse funnel performance, provide regular reporting and insights, and find ways to improve conversion rate.

  • Support the CRM Manager in driving acquisition through to the database, overcoming the seasonal challenges of F1 and driving long-term customer loyalty in exchange for increased value.

  • Maximise the relationship with Red Bull Media House, their in-house Digital Team, and local markets, to maximise the footprint of the Team's web content across the wider Red Bull world.

  • Lead the delivery of creative projects and content using our Content Management System (CMS) solution.

Requirements

  • An experienced Web Manager with a great attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Well-practiced in optimising web journeys and experience, to demonstrably increase conversion.

  • A robust understanding of GDPR/data privacy & security.

  • Able to maintain close and efficient working relationships with the central Digital Team at Red Bull Media House in Austria, working closely with our Web Project Managers to ensure the site adheres to latest best practice, editorial guidelines, and brand values.

  • Desirable, but not essential, a working knowledge of Oracle CX systems.
