Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Agile development team in Stevenage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of software across web, desktop, and cloud environments, primarily within a C#/Microsoft tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software applications using C#,.Net 8, and Azure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading Agile development teams.
  • Strong technical skills in C#,.Net, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Security Clearance check will be completed during the interview process.
