Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud infrastructure strategies, leveraging expertise in Azure (AVD, Framework principles)
- Ensure IT service management best practices are followed, with ITIL certification a plus
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, utilizing strong project management skills
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft security solutions, including Defender and Sentinel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, with a focus on major incident management
