A London-based principal is seeking a proactive and experienced estate management couple to oversee the daily operations of their estate in Surrey. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in estate management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the estate, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Oversee the household staff and ensure that they are performing their duties to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and manage the estate's finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the estate's efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
