Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at our Exeter store. Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a premium apparel brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management principles.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
