About the Role
Leeds Castle is seeking a dynamic Heritage & Engagement Director to lead the conservation, collections management, storytelling, and public engagement for one of the UK's most beloved estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement heritage and engagement strategies to preserve and interpret the castle's rich history
- Lead research and develop innovative exhibitions and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality public programs and events
- Manage and conserve the castle's collections, ensuring their preservation and accessibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including visitors, members, and partners
