Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at S4 Personnel Ltd. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing account payments, ensuring accurate invoices are produced and sent, and reconciling credit card transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payment Processing: Process account payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all payments are recorded and reconciled correctly.
  • Invoice Management: Produce and send accurate invoices to clients, ensuring that all invoices are complete and up-to-date.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring that all payments and refunds are accurately recorded and reflected in our system.
  • Administration: Administer payment deposits and refunds, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all payments, invoices, and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment or invoice queries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
