About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Executive to join our award-winning Sales department at Taylor Higson. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries
  • Address and resolve agency queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Action cross sell opportunities to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of existing accounts and provide regular updates to the team
  • Support the Key Account Development team with consultant legislation and Umbrella training where necessary
  • Attend face-to-face agency visits and provide hospitality as required
  • Provide support with agency merchandise and hospitality requirements
  • Complete all commercial request forms required for the patch
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Umbrella industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding call targets and meeting sales goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior organisational skills with ability to work independently with minimal support
  • Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems
What We Offer

A generous base salary of £30,000 is available for this role, with a realistic OTE of £45,000. We offer a range of benefits, including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday, hybrid working, fully funded study support, and more.
