Position Overview:

As a Production Assembly Technician, your primary role will involve supporting the manufacturing process, operating various machinery, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Observe machinery during operation to confirm optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality assessments on completed items to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Keep the workspace tidy and organized.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
  • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance duties.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is essential.
  • Capability to read and understand work instructions and technical diagrams.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: £11.50
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
