Job Title: Specialist, Account Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team at Walsh Employment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering complex event plans, managing direct reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of events across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event plans, including traffic management, security, and crowd control.
  • Lead a team of operations staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Manage company equipment, stock, vehicles, and uniforms across the UK.
  • Collaborate with the staffing and recruitment manager to ensure the correct number and quality of resources are available.
  • Lead on event day HR issues and work with the HR lead to resolve and rectify.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and escalating any future challenges or risks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an operational or events environment.
  • Proven track record of effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to work outside of role to support growth and success of the business.
  • Must hold a UK driving license and have extensive UK travel experience.
  • SIA DS license desirable.
