Position: CNC Technician

Salary: £29,900 (comprising a base salary of £26,000 plus a shift allowance of £3,900)
Location: Avonmouth, BS11
Employment Type: Permanent

We are a well-established production engineering firm seeking a skilled CNC Technician to join our dedicated team. This role involves working in a collaborative environment on a two-shift schedule, reporting directly to the CNC Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CNC machining, including milling, drilling, and surface finishing of metal components.
• Utilize existing, validated programs for machining operations.
• Operate Fanuc control systems.
• Change tooling and adjust basic machine settings as required.
• Work with raw materials according to engineering specifications and dimensions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

• A background in production within an engineering context.
• Relevant qualifications or training in CNC operation and machining.
