About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Dakota Leeds for a festive cover position. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails and hot beverages, to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a bar environment.
  • A strong foundation of knowledge in classic cocktails and the ability to make coffees such as lattes and cappuccinos.
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol sales and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
