About the Role

As a Cloud Engineer at BJSS, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and monitoring our cloud ecosystem. You'll work closely with our teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

We're looking for hands-on engineers who are passionate about automation and have the skills to back it up. You'll work on a wide range of projects, each with its own unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

Our cloud experts work in small product teams, collaborating with developers, architects, designers, analysts, and product owners to design and deliver automation, tooling, and cloud infrastructure.

You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries and projects, developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends
  • Contribute to the development of our cloud strategy and roadmap

About You

We're looking for engineers who are curious, passionate, and committed to delivering exceptional results. You'll be comfortable working in a team and have the knowledge to lead or support the definition of the delivery platform within that team.

You'll have experience working in the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and be an engineer at heart, with a passion for building elegant solutions. You'll be comfortable working with a range of technologies and have a passion for automation, having previously worked with pipelines and used some scripting language(s).

Ideally, you'll have some experience creating/maintaining infra with IaC tools such as Terraform. You'll believe in lifelong learning, always looking for a 'better way' and be happy to dive headfirst into anything that comes your way.
