About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Chesfield Downs Golf & Country Club. As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
  • Provide support to the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a busy kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A current certificate in Basic Food Hygiene
