Apprentice VDA Job Description

Steer Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice VDA to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our accident repair team, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing vehicle damage, working closely with our experienced technicians and managers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose vehicle damage, identifying areas that require repair or replacement
  • Develop and implement repair plans, ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Grade 4 or above in Maths and English
  • 1 year experience in the automotive industry (desirable)
