Role Overview

The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of all materials and equipment within TechnipFMC Service Bases. This position is integral to the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

In the fast-paced environment of our workshop, effective collaboration with team members is vital for the successful completion of tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in daily briefings and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Utilizing company systems such as POS/SAP for daily operations.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of materials during receipt, dispatch, and storage.
  • Maintaining accurate records and verification of equipment.
  • Contributing to a cohesive team environment to enhance efficiency and support.
  • Flexibly taking on various roles, including delivery driving and participating in on-call or overtime rotations as needed.
  • Safely operating machinery for material handling and verifying documentation.
  • Updating computer systems in a timely manner and conducting regular inventory checks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in inventory management or materials handling.
  • Proficient in stock management.
  • Safety-oriented mindset.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
