Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team at La Farm, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all products are properly merchandised and rotated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee station, merchandise displays, and overall unit safety and sanitation.
  • Ensure that all products are properly merchandised and rotated, including breads, cookies, and tarts.
  • Complete production schedules, including baking breads, cookies, and prep work for retail sales.
  • Uphold company standards and policies for opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience with customer service, food service, or high-end retail preferred.
  • Cash handling and sales experience preferred.
  • Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player.
