Job Title: HR Executive

Flint Bishop Solicitors is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving our organisational development and people strategy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR strategies to align with our firm's objectives and direction.
  • Lead organisational development and change management projects across the organisation.
  • Develop and lead the organisation's people processes, including performance management, employee development, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Heads of Department and the Head of Recruitment on succession planning and talent management.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess effectiveness and make business improvement recommendations.
  • Provide strategic direction to the HR team and ensure consistent HR practices and compliance.
  • Assess and manage compensations and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Provide support and strategic direction on complex HR matters, including employee relations, disciplinary action, and termination.
  • Present regular HR-related data to the senior leadership team and board.
  • Oversee the delivery of a new HR system, including market research, vendor demonstrations, and system onboarding.
  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and manage external relationships with HR service providers.
Requirements:
  • Qualified HR professional, preferably CIPD level 7.
  • Proven experience at HR Director level, working on change and transformation projects.
  • Previous HR experience in pre and post M&A activity.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HR compliance policies.
  • Strong senior leadership experience, leading HR teams at all stages of their career.
  • Experience leading complex projects, including HR system implementation and strategy design.
