About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong clinical background in adult audiology. You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with hearing impairments, as well as providing rehabilitation services to improve their quality of life.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments to diagnose and manage hearing impairments in adults.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to improve patients' hearing and communication skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in adult audiology to provide evidence-based care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of audiology services and policies within the trust.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Adult Audiologist who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- BSc/MSc Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Substantial experience in adult audiology, including assessment and rehabilitation.
- Advanced knowledge of audiological assessment and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
