Position Overview:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the creation, execution, and management of exceptional educational initiatives, including interactive workshops, specialized courses, training sessions for educators, and community engagement events.

Core Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting engaging workshops and activities tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Crafting and assessing educational programs that align with the strategic goals of the curriculum.
  • Identifying and nurturing partnerships with industry stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all educational equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard before and after activities, including inventory management.
  • Performing and reviewing risk assessments for educational programs, adhering to safety protocols and incident reporting procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as necessary for educational or broader estate events, with a system for time off in lieu.
