Position Overview:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the creation, execution, and management of exceptional educational initiatives, including interactive workshops, specialized courses, training sessions for educators, and community engagement events.
Core Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting engaging workshops and activities tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Crafting and assessing educational programs that align with the strategic goals of the curriculum.
- Identifying and nurturing partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all educational equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard before and after activities, including inventory management.
- Performing and reviewing risk assessments for educational programs, adhering to safety protocols and incident reporting procedures.
Candidate Profile:

- Professional representation of The King's Foundation at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to work proactively and adaptively to meet established goals.
- Strong teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships with educational colleagues.
- Experience or a strong interest in engaging with young individuals aged 14 and above in agriculture and rural skills education.
Additional Information:
- This role will primarily operate from a designated location with occasional travel requirements.
- The position entails full-time hours, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
- Legal eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as necessary for educational or broader estate events, with a system for time off in lieu.
