Job Summary:

In your capacity as Technical Manager, directly reporting to the Site Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in upholding and advancing the company's stringent standards of Quality and Food Safety. Your leadership will ensure that production not only meets but exceeds all safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead and mentor a comprehensive team across Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Hygiene departments, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.
  • Quality and Food Safety Champion: Act as a champion of the client's rigorous standards for Quality and Food Safety, implementing strategies that bolster our competitiveness in the market.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex food safety and quality issues, applying expert knowledge and swift problem-solving skills.
  • Audit and Customer Visits: Prepare for and manage audits and customer visits, demonstrating the client's compliance and dedication to best practices.
  • Technical Process Innovation: Spearhead innovations in technical processes and food safety that align with customer expectations and regulatory compliance.
