Graduate Unqualified Science Teacher Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Unqualified Science Teacher to join our dynamic team at a secondary school in Blakeley, Manchester. As a Graduate Unqualified Science Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging Science lessons to students, helping them build their knowledge and confidence in the subject.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for teaching Science, especially those who want to specialise in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology. You will be part of a supportive teaching team, receiving ongoing guidance and mentorship in classroom management and pedagogy.

The school offers modern Science labs and excellent resources, enabling you to deliver interactive and hands-on lessons. With a focus on professional development, this school provides a supportive environment where you can grow as an educator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Science lessons to secondary school students
  • Competitive salary up to £650 per week
  • Full-time, long-term Graduate Unqualified Science Teacher role
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • No lesson planning or marking required
  • Receive ongoing support in classroom management and pedagogy
  • Work in a structured environment to develop teaching skills
  • Based in Blakeley, Manchester, with excellent transport links

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Science with a 2:1 or higher from a reputable university
  • Gained teaching experience through classroom work, tutoring, or similar roles
  • Passion for teaching Science, especially in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology
