Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paraplanner to join our Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our Financial Advisors, ensuring the smooth delivery of financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and compliant client documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Report Writing and Research: Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements, utilizing strong research skills to provide valuable insights to our clients.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery, ensuring excellent client relationships.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team, maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Financial Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of financial products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a related role is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with the ability to learn new software and systems.

What We Offer
