Our client, a pioneering firm with a remarkable growth strategy, is seeking an R&D Tax Manager to join their Southampton office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly influential tax professional and progress to Director with a comprehensive development and training program.
The R&D Tax Manager will collaborate with the Finance Director and R&D Director on new projects and proactively seek out new client work. The R&D Tax team has experienced rapid growth over the past 18 months, with a high rate of internal promotions and secondments compared to their London competitors.
To succeed in this role, you will require a deep understanding of Research & Development tax relief and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple assignments on a daily basis, driving business growth through local initiatives, and contributing to the team's success.
