About the Role

TalentSpa Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be working with our current engineering team designing jigs and fixtures, assembly benches, and semi-automated & automated production cells.

  1. Designing machinery for various industries, including Automotive and Aerospace.
  2. Designing fixtures, jigs, assembly benches, semi-automated to fully automated machines to aid customers in the manufacturing process.
  3. Issuing manufacturing drawings and liaising with our workshop team.
  4. Ensuring correct interpretation of drawings and projects.
  5. Liaising with customers and building relationships.
  6. Checking and ensuring designs for all projects meet our company standards.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Experience using SolidWorks and PDM.
  2. Experience as a Design or Mechanical Engineer.
  3. A full UK Driving License.
