Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide efficient and effective support to our Council Services. As a key member of our team, you will work on an individual basis or collaboratively with others to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for demonstrating a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement. This will involve working closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our service.
This role is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. The successful candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Additionally, if you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
We require a minimum of one reference, which must be your current or most recent employer. You will be required to provide this check as part of the recruitment process.
Set working days/times will be agreed with the successful applicant, and a degree of flexibility will be required. This is a fixed-term position for a period not exceeding 23 months.
