Job Title: Procurement Manager (Renewable Energy)

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Indirect Procurement team at ZipRecruiter, you will play a lead role in identifying and managing renewable energy opportunities to support our Net Zero ambitions. This includes:

• Managing and influencing internal stakeholders across the business to maintain and deliver appropriate risk
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies for renewable energy procurement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on renewable energy opportunities
• Managing Power Purchasing Agreements and other forms of renewables purchasing
• Providing project management and coordination for renewable energy projects

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the organization's renewable energy strategy and initiatives
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including energy partners and project leads
• Managing and mitigating risks associated with renewable energy projects
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on renewable energy initiatives and progress

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Deep sector experience in managing renewable strategies and projects within complex multisite organizations
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
