We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Bicester Village. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and storage of stock.
- Stockroom Operations: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that all stock is properly labeled and stored.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of stockroom associates, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Store Presentation: Ensure that the sales floor is always fully stocked and visually appealing, with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to stock or inventory.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze inventory levels and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports to management on stockroom operations and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in inventory management software and systems.
