Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Business Partner to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, holding regular reviews to review their people, and working with other teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regular reviews to discuss their people and business needs.
  • People Operations: Work with other teams to drive business results, including talent reviews, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the upskilling of managers and manage employee relations cases, including complex cases.
  • Business Support: Support new store openings and closure processes, and deal with TUPE processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, with proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to make an impact and build effective relationships, collaborate, persuade and influence, and be assertive, resilient and tenacious.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
