Purobuild has partnered with a leading sustainability consultancy to seek a motivated and passionate Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years UK-based consultancy experience in sustainability consulting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conducting life cycle assessments and analysis of buildings using One-Click LCA and Whole Life Carbon reports
  • Providing expert advice to clients across all sectors on sustainability policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Developing and implementing sustainability strategies, management plans, and action plans for clients
  • Supporting the delivery of sustainability certifications such as BREEAM/LEED/WELL
  • Developing sustainability-related reports, presentations, and technical documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sustainability consulting
  • Relevant degree qualification in sustainability, environmental studies, building services, or a related field
  • Qualifications in BREEAM, LEED, One-Click LCA, etc. are desired
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, liaising with members of the engineering, design, and digital team
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems

  • Competitive salary typically between £35,000 - £45,000, depending on technical skills and level of experience
