We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical and electronic repairs and maintenance on a variety of products, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control, Environmental Monitoring/Control, Fire Detection, Nurse Call, etc.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to deal with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly individuals.
  • Work on a rota basis, including on-call and weekend shifts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer, with a strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems and principles.
  • Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Pass at ONC level, equivalent NVQ Level 3 or demonstrable alternative in a technical discipline (specifically Electronic Engineering) is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to demonstrate effective time management and planning skills, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces.
  • Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable is desirable.
