Essential Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years in guiding and advising high-level executives on enterprise governance and transformation methodologies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal authority on strategizing, executing, and providing counsel on initiatives aimed at enhancing enterprise governance frameworks and decision-making processes. Lead discussions and offer insights to senior leadership on best practices in enterprise governance. Aid clients in recognizing and prioritizing governance challenges, thresholds, gaps, and essential performance metrics. Conduct program evaluations, including cost-benefit and risk assessments as required.
- Provide guidance on change management strategies necessary for the advancement of enterprise governance.
- A relevant Master's Degree in Enterprise Governance, Business Management, or a related discipline. Alternatively, twelve (12) years of pertinent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Extensive hands-on experience (ten (10) years or more) in advising and implementing enterprise governance practices for senior executives is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences and create executive-level presentations. Proven experience in engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capabilities in: strategic planning, multitasking, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, and executing projects within defined schedules and budgets.
