Your primary focus will be on implementing and managing systems, processes, and people to achieve our supply chain goals. You will be accountable for ensuring that stock is received, stored, managed, and dispatched appropriately, including quality control checks as required.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are complied with, and all required training is completed by personnel working within the NDC.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan workloads to ensure that goods are received, processed, stored, and delivered in accordance with manufacturers' instructions, the charity's processes, and our customers' and suppliers' stipulated KPIs.

* Create and deliver continuous development and improvement plans with people and processes to drive and increase operational excellence across the warehouse.

* Own the delivery and associated change process of any new business or existing customers' changes, through effective communication to all affected NDC personnel.
