Pod Talent is collaborating with a leading global food manufacturer, seeking to enhance their expanding and vibrant production team in Cambridgeshire.

This position is highly cross-functional, allowing you to closely interact with Research & Development, supply chain planners, demand forecasting teams, and Quality Assurance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing production schedules across multiple lines
  • Managing various factors and risks throughout the supply chain
  • Generating reports and ensuring the creation of an efficient three-week production plan for the team
  • Participating in weekly First Time Order (FTO) meetings and coordinating production trials

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a complex production planning environment (preferably in food and beverage)
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Experience with allergen management
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP systems
