We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities to grow sales, optimize stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and team productivity
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of retail key performance indicators, including sales, profit, and loss
