Executive Director of Property Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Property Services to join our team at Midland Heart. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our property services strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and affordable homes for our tenants.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for setting a clear vision for the future of our property services, empowering your teams to deliver to the highest standards, and gaining assurance that we are meeting our commitments and tenant expectations.
We are looking for someone who is adept at leading people and performance, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and energy efficiency. You will be an experienced leader who can contribute to the full running of our business, shaping our next corporate strategy, and driving results.
