Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at Quantum Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and calibrate machinery for production cycles
  • Control and adjust machine settings to optimize production
  • Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
  • Inspect parts using precision tools and measurement equipment
  • Test machine operation and troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor output for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain records of production and quality control
  • Operate forklift to move materials and products
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools
  • Understanding of production procedures and quality control
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Physical stamina and strength
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
  • Valid forklift driver's license (desirable)
