Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design high-quality, engaging, and innovative blended learning programs that meet the needs of learners.
  • Work with SMEs to develop online learning content, live events, and workplace application activities and assessments that are seamlessly integrated.
  • Apply instructional design principles to storyboard and script pedagogical learning content and assets.
  • Update and maintain course and content documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to Sprint teams with other Learning Designers, Creative Producers, Video Producers, and Graphic Designers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Build strong working relationships and rapport with team members, even in remote settings.
  • Possess a keen interest in learning technologies, innovative learning approaches, and modern training techniques, with a willingness to share knowledge with others.
