Lead Business Development and Sales in the Automotive Sector

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Director to lead our Business Development and Sales efforts in the automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the automotive sector
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EV, hydrogen, and battery technology sectors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles in the automotive sector
  • Strong understanding of the EV, hydrogen, and battery technology sectors and their applications in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
