As a Safeguarding Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing our safeguarding team, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures. You will also provide training and support to staff and students, ensuring that everyone is equipped to identify and respond to safeguarding concerns.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about safeguarding and child protection. You will have a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the safeguarding team, ensuring effective implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to staff and students on safeguarding and child protection
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure effective safeguarding practices
- Contribute to the development of safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and legislation
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safeguarding practices, making recommendations for improvement
