Job Overview

Amtech Electrical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrician to join our team. As an electrical professional, you will be responsible for working on various size projects across the commercial and domestic sectors, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, data, CCTV, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete electrical projects
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
  • Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements

  • 18th Edition certification
  • Full Driver's Licence
  • Understanding of construction drawings
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Well-presented and punctual
  • Positive attitude
  • Valid ECS card (or in process of applying)
  • 4+ years of experience as a fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds/JIB or equivalent)
  • Experience in commercial and/or domestic sectors
  • Qualifications in testing and inspection (2391 or equivalent) are an advantage
  • DBS check may be required for the successful candidate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local residence to Camberley, Surrey
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
