About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Accounts Assistant to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Client Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with our branch staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist branch staff with errors on the system and general queries within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • Support landlords with queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Review and reconcile landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts.
  • Process refunds and fees generated in error.
  • Set up and amend charges for rent, commission, and other fees.
  • Transfer funds to balance ledgers.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with branch staff and property managers.
