Council Tax Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Council Tax Team, providing expert guidance and support to our officers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of council tax legislation and its implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide authoritative advice on council tax legislation and its effect on employees.
  • Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex issues.
  • Stand in for the Council Tax Manager as needed, ensuring continuity of service.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of council tax legislation, policies, and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
