About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Technology Leader to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the effective implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business software solutions to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and deliver key IT projects to support business strategy and goals
  • Develop and maintain high-performance levels of service-related processes and implement improvements where necessary
  • Lead people management, including recruitment, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring
Requirements
  • Proven track record in identifying and implementing business software solutions
  • Strong project management experience and ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage)
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain high performance levels of service-related processes and implement improvements where necessary
