Role Overview: A prominent faith-oriented organization is seeking a Community Mission Worker to enhance our team. The Community Mission Worker will be essential in promoting and nurturing this mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a genuine, compassionate Christian community.
  • Assist in executing a variety of outreach initiatives, including leading and participating in activities that explore the essence of knowing and following Jesus.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and evaluation processes to foster ongoing improvement and identify new outreach opportunities.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers to ensure their effective contribution to outreach initiatives.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks to maintain accurate records.
